His tastes are simple, yet precise and refreshing. Years ago, he once flushed a urinal and reveled in the act of the flush. He wondered why such a beautiful lever was conscripted to a single, bawdy purpose. He wanted the flusher to exist outside the bathroom, to be reborn as a new device, and could think of no better use for it than as a switch to "flush" a room with invigorating light.
